Subdivision development
The Terranovus Civil team are the principal contractor working with key stakeholders including developers, council, engineers, and service/utility providers to facilitate the development of a new subdivision incorporating 58 lots.
It is our goal to streamline the planning process for constructing new subdivisions to increase certainty, reduce costs and deliver our projects in a timely manner to reduce regulatory burden to all stakeholders in the land development process.
Details of works include the provision of site earthworks, road pavement and bitumen surfacing, road furniture, stormwater drainage and guttering, erosion and sediment control, construction of retaining walls, water & sewer reticulation, driveways and footpaths, and electrical/NBN services. All works are completed according to stringent design standards and construction specifications with our engineering team overseeing development, implementation, and certification to ensure a high quality and efficient result.
